Submit A Financing Request
So that we can better serve you, it is best for the following to be included in a financing request. We will revert with questions and guidance thereafter.
- An outline of the request (brief or comprehensive)
- Current rent roll
- Trailing 12 month operating statement & past 3 (calendar) years of same
Beyond the items referenced above, circulate any of the following that are pertinent, e.g., offering memorandum, purchase & sale agreement, appraisal & other third party reports, project budget & cash-flow proforma (construction/transitional), tenant sales reports (retail), tenant leases, site plan, preliminary title report, survey, STR reports (hospitality), resume or biography, press articles (positive & negative), and any material disclosures that you know or should know. With respect to your personal assets, liabilities, liquidity, and credit history, we typically address those topics in an initial phone call.
